What your booking includes
3 Day Package: 3 days’ conference attendance including lunch and refreshments, and a digital copy of the proceedings.
Single day bookings: 1 days’ conference attendance including lunch and refreshments, and a digital copy of the proceedings.
Doctoral Consortium: 1 days’ attendance at the Consortium including lunch and refreshments, and entrance to 2 conference plenary lectures.
Annual Dinner: Drinks reception, awards celebration, 3 course dinner with drinks, after dinner entertainment.
Optional Associate Membership
Every purchase of a non-member delegate place comes with a free optional Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors. If you do not wish to take this up you can opt out of doing so during the booking process. Please note however that this will not affect the price. If you purchase the 3 days no accommodation package you will receive 10 months’ membership, and if you purchase a single day you will receive 4 months’ membership.

Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made in full prior to the event to guarantee admission. Bookings made within 30 days of the event require payment at the point of purchase by card or Paypal in order to ensure we receive payment before the event.
Substitutions & Cancellations
Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 8 weeks or more prior to start of event: 10% of the delegate fee
- 4 to 8 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the delegate fee
- 4 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the delegate fee
All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing. Where the event fees include accommodation, we will attempt to refund the accommodation costs through the venue, however this is not always possible.
Use of your contact details
When registering to attend an event organised by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors, the contact details you supply will be stored on our database in order that we may contact you regarding that event. We may also use these details to contact you in the future to advise of forthcoming events that may be of interest to you. The Institute will never give or sell your details to a third party.
